Antenna Technical Questions
1. Why is my antenna VSWR too high?
High VSWR is usually caused by mismatched antenna layout, poor grounding, metal shielding near antenna area, wrong cable assembly. We can provide layout review service for your PCB design.
2. How do I choose the right antenna for my product?
Confirm working frequency, available space on your device, metal surroundings, target gain requirement. Send us your device specification, our RF team will give recommendation.
3. What factors affect antenna performance?
Antenna clearance space, nearby metal components, battery, plastic housing material, ground plane size, cable loss.
4. What is the difference between active and passive GNSS antennas?
Active GNSS antenna builds‑in LNA amplifier, requires power supply. Passive GNSS antenna is simpler and lower cost, depends on receiver sensitivity.
5. How do you ensure antenna quality?
Every batch goes through S‑parameter testing, radiation performance testing, aging test. We provide test report upon request.
6. Do you support custom antenna development?
Yes, we provide full custom antenna service, including FPC, PCB, whip, chip antenna, from concept to mass‑production samples.

1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For standard antennas, small quantity sample order is acceptable. Custom antenna MOQ depends on tooling cost.
2. What are your payment terms?
T/T, PayPal, Western Union are available. Sample order 100% prepayment; mass order 30% deposit before production.
3. How long is the production lead‑time?
Standard items: 7‑12 working days. Custom antenna samples:3‑7 working days. Mass production subject to quantity.
4. How do you ship the products?
DHL, Fedex, UPS, TNT, sea freight, air freight. We can use your own courier account.
5. Can I get samples before placing bulk order?
Yes, sample testing is strongly recommended before mass production.
6. Can you sign non‑disclosure agreement(NDA)?
Yes, we accept NDA to protect your project information.
